As interim superintendent in ROWUSD, I had the opportunity to observe Jordan’s leadership “up close and personal.” He is thoughtful, focused, prepared, inclusive, and a great communicator. I could always count on him to ask the right questions, keep an open mind, focus on solutions that were student-centered, and treat others with courtesy and respect. He effectively led through COVID, “Snowmageddon”, and a transition in superintendents. The experience and wisdom he gained through these challenging situations should not be wasted! A vote for Jordan Zarate is a vote for bold, forward-looking leadership.
