About the Grant
The Rim of the World Education Foundation has awarded the Mary Putnam Henck Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Program a monetary grant in the amount of $5,000.00. It is agreed that all monies granted will be used solely for the Mary Putnam Henck 2023/2024 AVID Program, and will be used in accordance with the approved Mary Putnam Henck AVID budget, per the Memorandum of Understanding.
Outcome
The Board of Trustees unanimously approved the grant at the November 16, 2023 Board Meeting in Open Session. This grant will support the following District Goals:
1 – Student Learning
2 – College and Career Readiness
5 – Community Involvement
6 – Budget, Infrastructure and Resources
